What is eclectic?
Once upon a time there were a “nice witch” and a “wild wizard”, who decided that this world has become far too serious. In fact “boring” was a more appropriate word.
So we have decided that maybe we could start with a tiny little place, where people could rediscover the pleasure of experimentation. An so was eclectic born. eclectic life style
Cozy, very personal & unique.
At eclectic, life is a pure pleasure, use and abuse from creativity, simplicity and humour. Experimentation like any other pleasure, takes time. |

“6 senses”
Hear, see, feel, smell, taste.
The Buddhist and Jewish belief systems attribute the sixth sense to memory or mind. We agree with them, our memories and our mind can bring our senses to beautiful places…… Five Little Senses Five little senses are what I need, To use when things are near. I use my eyes to look and see. I use my ears to hear. I use my nose to smell things. I use my hands to touch. I use my mouth to taste The things I love to eat so much. Five little senses standing in a row, To see, hear, smell, touch and taste The things I need to know. |
“5 elements”
I have been corrected by many people about “4” not 5 elements.
So here some explanation. According to Greek culture, the 4 classical elements are: air, water, earth, fire. However in other cultures, the elements were defined in different categories: Chinese culture, 5 elements: air, water, earth, fire and metal. And Japanese culture, 5 elements: air, water, earth, fire, sky/void/heaven. Budhism & Hinduism 5 elements: air/wind, water, earth, fire and ether. Tibetan 5 elements: air, water, earth, fire and space. The concept of our shop is a “lobby” &/or a “lab”, full of colours, textures, smells, tastes, touch, imagination & much more.
